Accessibility Statement
We want everyone to be able to find pest control help on this website, whatever device they use and however they navigate.

Our commitment
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA as closely as we reasonably can, and to fix problems as we find them.
What we have done
- Every page can be operated with a keyboard alone, in a logical order, without keyboard traps.
- Interactive elements show a clear visible focus indicator when reached by keyboard.
- Text and interface colours are chosen to give strong contrast against their background.
- Images that carry meaning have descriptive alt text; decorative images are hidden from screen readers.
- Every form field has a visible, correctly associated label, and error messages are announced to screen readers.
- Buttons that show only an icon carry an accessible name.
- Pages use proper headings, landmarks and lists so screen reader users can navigate by structure.
- The layout is mobile-first and reflows without horizontal scrolling; buttons and links are large enough to tap comfortably.
- The cookie settings dialog can be closed with the Escape key and is announced as a dialog.
Known limitations
Some of our photography-led sections rely on decorative imagery that adds atmosphere rather than information; the same information is always available as text. If you find any page that is difficult to use, please tell us and we will prioritise it.
