We would rather show you how we work than make claims we cannot evidence. Ask us for any of the documents below and we will send them over.
Trained technicians
All treatment work is carried out by trained pest control technicians. Training and qualification certificates can be provided on request before or at the time of a visit.
Public liability insurance
We hold public liability insurance for the work we carry out. A copy of the current certificate is available on request, which many landlords, letting agents and commercial clients ask for as standard.
Safe use of professional products
Professional products are used strictly in line with their approved label conditions and current UK guidance. We record what was used, where and at what rate, and provide that documentation for commercial clients.
Responsible waste disposal
Used bait, carcasses and treatment waste are removed and disposed of responsibly in line with the relevant waste requirements — not left on site.
A note on accreditations. We only list memberships and accreditations once they are held and verifiable. If you need evidence of a specific standard for a tender, audit or letting requirement, contact us at info@howlpestcontrol.co.uk and we will confirm exactly what we can supply.
